PAYMENT

Credit/Debit Card
Payment is made using a secure, direct connection to the banking institution in charge of the transaction. The customer’s bank and card details do not reach Company; they are processed directly by the banking institution. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Paying with PayPal, Zelle, Venmo
You can use your PayPal, Zelle, Venmo account to pay for your order. Name, surname and the order confirmation number need to be stated by the customer as a reason for payment. 

DELIVERY

Deliveries and pick-ups are available from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. Deliveries and pick-ups are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or public local holidays and festivities in the United States.

Orders made on Saturdays, Sundays and National/Regional holidays will be processed and packaged on the following working day.

Note that delivery is realized only after the confirmation of the order. Upon delivery, the courier provides the customer a signed Delivery note with full information about the ordered products, amount of the order and customer's contact information.

We reserve the right to determine the transportation method and itinerary.

Severe weather, natural disasters and other conditions beyond our control can occasionally disrupt services and deliveries may be delayed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery company.

  1. Nationwide delivery time is 3-20 business days upon distance.
  2. Worldwide delivery time is 20–45 business days.
  3. Pick-ups are usually available within 1-2 business days.

Delivery dates are estimates, unless a fixed date for the transactions has been expressly agreed in writing.    

GM Furniture & Cabinetry reserves the right to cancel the dispatch of an order in the following circumstances:

  • The delivery destination lies outside our area of coverage.
  • When the delivery address has been changed or cannot be reached owing to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, etc. or for land registry reasons. In this situation, please contact us to provide an interim delivery address.

The cost of delivery depends on the volume of the purchase and address of the delivery.

RETURN & CANCELLATION

CANCELLATION POLICY

Online sales may only be cancelled up until Merchandise is loaded on the truck for delivery. Once merchandise is loaded, the order cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return. Refunds may take up to 15-20 business days to process.

RETURN POLICY

Obvious defects, delivery of the wrong goods, and deviations in quantity, shall be reported to us in writing by the Customer without undue delay, no later than 3 days from the Customer’s receipt of the goods.

SIGNING THE DELIVERY DOCUMENT PROVIDED BY A COURIER 

Signing the delivery document provided by a courier the Customer is obliged, if necessary, to check whether the delivered goods are free of defects and suitable for the intended utilization.

Refunds will be made for the purchase price of the merchandise plus tax, but not the delivery charge. In addition, returns may incur a restocking fee equal to delivery charge. To initiate a return, please contact our Sales Support at 301-905-9300 or [email protected], and we will provide instructions for returning your merchandise.

Please include your original sales order confirmation number when contacting Sales Support. Customer is responsible for returning the merchandise in the condition in which it was delivered. Items must be returned via the same postal service as delivered at the Customer's expense. Once the merchandise has been returned to us, refunds may take up to 15-20 business days to process.

No returns/refunds are available for Showroom sales and international deliveries.
